2 Eligibility

Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted. 2.3 Capacity to Contract
By registering with kk333, you confirm that you are of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Persons acting under guardianship or legal incapacity are not eligible to use the platform.
Underage gambling is illegal. kk333 uses identity verification tools to detect and prevent underage use. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be permanently closed, with no entitlement to any funds other than the return of original deposits.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per User
Each individual user may hold exactly one kk333 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, CNIC, payment method, or device — are strictly prohibited. If kk333 detects duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts will be consolidated and the original deposit returned; any bonus funds or winnings generated on duplicate accounts are automatically forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address if provided. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. kk333 will not be liable for any service disruption caused by inaccurate or outdated registration information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your kk333 login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your password with anyone. kk333 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact kk333 support immediately at support@kk333.cash. kk333 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's own failure to maintain account security.
3.4 Verification
kk333 may, at any time and for any reason, request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practice. kk333 is not obligated to process withdrawal requests until required verification is complete. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
CNIC-linked mobile number required. All kk333 accounts must be associated with a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name under Pakistani telecom regulations. Accounts using mobile numbers registered to other individuals are subject to closure.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kk333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, NayaPay digital wallet, SadaPay digital wallet, bank IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer), and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in PKR. kk333 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges that are outside kk333's control.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount on kk333 is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no minimum balance required to keep a kk333 account open. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction are detailed in your account settings and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
kk333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. kk333 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing large withdrawal requests.
4.4 Own Payment Methods Only
All deposits to kk333 must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including another person's Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated winnings. This rule exists to protect users from money laundering and payment fraud.
4.5 Currency
All kk333 balances, bets, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and refunds are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kk333 does not apply any currency conversion markup. What you deposit is exactly what appears in your wallet — no deductions, no hidden FX charges.
Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider — reversing a transaction that was legitimately processed by kk333 — are considered a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to debt recovery if applicable.
5 Betting Rules
5.1 Confirmation and Finality of Bets
A bet placed on kk333 is final and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account's betting history. kk333 does not permit cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where kk333 identifies a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or where a market is voided for legitimate sporting reasons.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum stake per bet on kk333 is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and specific fixture. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. If you wish to place a bet exceeding the displayed maximum on a specific market, contact kk333 support — higher limits may be available for verified accounts on request.
5.3 Void Bets and Refunds
kk333 may declare a bet void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not replayed within 24 hours; a technical error results in incorrect odds being published; a clear typographical pricing error occurs that any reasonable person would recognise as incorrect; regulatory or force majeure events prevent the conclusion of the event. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the user's kk333 wallet in full.
5.4 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket, PSL, and football markets at kk333. In-play odds are updated in near real time. kk333 reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time without prior notice, particularly around significant in-match events such as wickets, injuries, or VAR reviews. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be accepted or rejected at kk333's discretion based on the integrity of the odds at the time of placement.
5.5 Palpable Errors
Where a bet is accepted on the basis of a palpable error — meaning odds that are obviously and materially wrong, such as a clear favourite listed at 100/1 due to a technical fault — kk333 reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the stake. kk333 will not honour winnings generated from bets accepted in manifest error, regardless of whether the bet was placed in good faith.
5.6 Accumulator Bets
Accumulator bets on kk333 combine multiple selections into a single bet. If any single selection in an accumulator is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator settles with the remaining selections at the revised combined odds. The full accumulator is only honoured if all non-voided selections are correct.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by kk333 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, odds boosts, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal promotions — are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a kk333 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of 10x the bonus amount on qualifying cricket, PSL, or sports betting markets before a withdrawal request including those funds will be processed.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion
Each promotion at kk333 is available once per eligible user. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of duplicate accounts, different payment methods, or different devices — is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms, resulting in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
6.4 Refer a Friend Programme
The kk333 Refer a Friend programme rewards existing users for successfully referring new users who register and make a qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are credited once the referred user's qualifying deposit and first bet are confirmed. Self-referrals, referrals between members of the same household, and referrals made through fraudulent means are all ineligible and will result in reversal of rewards and account investigation.
6.5 Bonus Expiry
All kk333 bonus funds carry an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated timeframe will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kk333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to appropriate authorities:

- Placing bets on the basis of inside information relating to any sporting event, in violation of applicable sports integrity regulations.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the kk333 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "KK333", the logo, website design, user interface, odds data, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of kk333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kk333 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit users to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any kk333 content without prior written consent from kk333.
Unauthorised use of kk333 intellectual property — including screenshotting or republishing odds data, branding, or platform content for commercial purposes — will be treated as an infringement and pursued accordingly.
10 Limitation of Liability
kk333 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While kk333 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, uptime cannot be guaranteed at all times. kk333 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond kk333's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk333's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
kk333 is not responsible for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses arising from reliance on odds data published on kk333 for non-betting purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kk333's gross negligence.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Closure by User
You may close your kk333 account at any time by contacting support at support@kk333.cash. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to pending verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure of an account during an active bonus period will result in forfeiture of any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds.
11.2 Suspension by KK333
kk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; detected prohibited activity; or regulatory compliance requirements. Where an account is closed by kk333 for cause, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.
11.3 Dormant Accounts
A kk333 account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. kk333 will notify the user by email or SMS before applying a dormancy maintenance fee of Rs 100 per month. The fee applies only to accounts with a positive balance. The account can be reactivated at any time by logging in; the fee will stop being charged from the date of reactivation.
12 Amendments to These Terms
kk333 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kk333 will notify registered users via SMS or the registered contact method at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal compliance, or to prevent fraud.
The current version of these Terms is always the version displayed on this page, along with the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use kk333 after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.
13 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and your use of the kk333 platform are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kk333 is registered and licensed. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of kk333, we encourage you to contact our support team first — the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and informally without any formal process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, kk333 operates a formal complaints procedure. Submit a formal complaint in writing to support@kk333.cash with the subject line "Formal Complaint". kk333 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 14 business days.
For disputes relating to betting settlement specifically, kk333's decision on the interpretation and application of betting rules is final, provided that decision has been made in good faith and in accordance with the rules published on the platform at the time the bet was placed.
